After having numerous enquiries from our loyal customers regarding Factor access, we finally made the call to become an Authorized dealer. We already have 6 excited customers awaiting delivery, with the first bike set to hit the streets in the first week of Jan 2025. Pop in store to have a close look and see how we can assist you in getting a new Factor bike, either complete or custom specified.
Crank Inspection Approved
If you have an Ultegra or Dura-ace crank made between June 2012 and June 2019, its best you have it inspected for potential flaws. It only requires inspection if it has one of the two letter combinations marked on it. The image with the crank arm tip shows where to find the marking on the crank arm and the image with the list of letter combinations are the affected cranks that require inspection.

Booking is essential
The crank will be removed from bike, chainrings removed , cleaned , crank inspected and re installed whereby not faults are uncovered. If a fault is present, we will notify Shimano to supply a new crank for you.
